What We Do
From Climate Exposure
to Investment Readiness
We help businesses of all sizes understand their climate risk, build resilience, and access the capital that comes with being ready for the transition economy.
Our Services
Four Ways We Work With You
Our advisory work spans four interconnected areas. Most clients engage with us across more than one, because the journey from climate awareness to investment readiness rarely fits neatly into a single category.
Climate Risk Advisory
Climate risk takes three forms for most businesses: physical risk from flooding, heat, and disruption; transition risk from regulatory change, shifting demand, and stranded assets; and liability risk from inadequate disclosure or non-compliance. Many businesses are already experiencing all three without having named them as climate risk.
We help organisations identify which risks are most material to their operations, quantify those risks in financial terms, and develop strategies that strengthen resilience and protect long-term value. This work is grounded in TCFD methodology and uses scenario analysis to stress-test business models against different climate pathways.
Who this is for: Boards and senior management teams seeking to understand and manage climate-related financial risk. Businesses preparing for investor or lender due diligence that includes ESG assessment.
ESG Integration
ESG is increasingly a lens through which investors, banks, and trading partners evaluate the businesses they work with. Getting ESG right is not about compliance for its own sake. It is about building the kind of organisational practices that make a business more resilient, more attractive to capital, and more competitive over time.
We work with clients to design ESG frameworks that are proportionate to their size and sector, aligned with internationally recognised standards including GRI and SASB, and realistic to implement. We also support clients in preparing ESG disclosures and reports that meet the expectations of their key stakeholders.
Who this is for: Businesses beginning their ESG journey and those looking to strengthen existing practices. Organisations preparing for sustainability reporting or responding to investor ESG questionnaires.
Sustainable Finance Access
There is a growing pool of green and climate-aligned finance available to Nigerian businesses — from the Green Climate Fund, the African Development Bank, the Development Bank of Nigeria, bilateral climate funds, and increasingly from commercial banks with green lending products. Accessing this capital requires knowing it exists, understanding what each type of financier is looking for, and being able to demonstrate investment readiness.
We support clients in mapping the financing landscape relevant to their sector and scale, strengthening their investment case, and preparing the documentation and disclosures that climate-aligned investors require.
Who this is for: Businesses and project developers seeking access to green and impact finance. MSMEs exploring what climate finance options are available to them.
Capacity Building
Understanding climate risk and sustainable finance is not yet universal in the Nigerian business community. Many business owners and finance managers know that climate is increasingly relevant to their work but are not yet sure what that means in practice or where to start. We design and deliver practical, accessible sessions that meet people where they are.
Our workshops and advisory sessions focus on making the connection between climate risk and financial risk real and actionable, rather than overwhelming participants with technical frameworks. Every session is designed for the specific audience — whether that is a board, a finance team, or a business association.
Who this is for: Business associations, professional bodies, government agencies, and individual organisations looking to build internal understanding of climate finance and ESG.
